● Where does the waste go after service?
We believe in a "leave no trace" policy. We remove and haul away all waste so it does not remain on your property or in your personal trash bins.
● How is the service performed?
Our technician enters the yard and performs a thorough cleanup using a professional grid-pattern method to ensure every square inch of the yard is cleared.
● Will my gate be secured after service?
Absolutely. Our technicians securely close and latch your gate after every visit. As part of our Doodle Duty Guarantee, we take a photo at the end of each service to confirm the job is complete and the gate is locked.
● Do my dogs need to be inside?
We love dogs! Friendly dogs are more than welcome to hang out while we work. However, if a dog is aggressive or overly protective, we ask that they be secured for the safety of our technicians.
● What happens if it rains?
We provide service rain or shine whenever it is safe to do so. If the weather is severe (lightning or heavy storms), we will reach out to reschedule your service for the next available clear window.
● Do you offer referral discounts?
Yes! We love word-of-mouth. Our customers can receive service credits or discounts when referring friends, family, or neighbors to the Doodle Duty community.
